Project Description
Precise location study of a multi-use kiosk project for the City of Tijuana, Baja California

Project Log

The main points from the ULI report that the kiosks can help realize are:

1] Help better streetscape appearance which is currently perceived as dirty and disorganized due to the current form of informal commerce establishments, by providing alternative ways of informal commerce to operate without causing blight or oversaturation of the streets.

2] The kiosks can help visitors and citizens wayfind through the Centro and Zona Rio areas which is also a goal proposed in the ULI TAP report.

3] The kiosks can help guide tourism to/from the downtown revitalization area and to/from the Zona Rio hotels and gastronomic destinations.

generated clear and precise proposal of market probabilities for optimal placement
success of newsstand/commerce modules in the densest parts of The City of Tijuana,
Baja California.
Valuation is focused in areas of high pedestrian and vehicular traffic, successful
