A responsive house for a beautiful familiy.
The site is located in a south-facing lot in hill that can be as warm as the desert it is, or as cold as it can get without snow. Not that extreme a weather pattern in this area has driven the design of this house toward an opennes thac can be perceived in certain angles of view. This house is capable of having sun in all of the rooms in cold moths as cover from it in the warmest months.
Materials utilized in this house are key to the success of efficiencies. Rammed earth walls will be used in the south-facing, more drastic positions. An insulated poured in place concrete system will be used throughout the house in the less dramatic walls.
