Point Loma is a beautiful neighborhood in San Diego overlooking Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach. This particular house is located on Point Loma Avenue which has a North facing façade overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This Onse Story Single Family House was built in the 1950's, when many top generals of the navy where given priority to live in Point Loma as the Naval Training Center was close by. The house is already suffering many deficiancies due to age, but mostly due to poor construction and design choices made back then. This house will be demolished to house a NON-TOXIC, low-fat and self-sufficient home for a wonderful and intelligent client.
